The detector systems of covert surveillance SPLAS-2P is designed for the detection and remote viewing of the location of the surveillance systems electroóptica undercover (ESS), including night vision devices (NVD) and the sights of a sniper (SS) camouflaged in the various articles.

This device is equipped with focus lenses long-term (up to 1000 m) and performed against the surveillance under conditions of both intense light and night.

Functional capabilities:

- Mode continuous / intermittent laser illumination;
- Adjusting the brightness of the illumination of the backlight;
- Automatic shut-off in the category of the battery;
- Indication of a condition of the accumulator;

HOW DOES THE DETECTOR LENS SPY SPLAS-2P?

The principle of operation is based on the phenomenon of cat's eye (retro-reflection), that is to say, on the ability of the object optical to reflect the radiation transmitted in the opposite direction at an angle close to the angle of vision.

As the radiation source is transmitted is used is the diode IR semiconductor (transmission channel). The reflected signal is recorded by a sensitive video camera CCD array.
The transmission channel forms the laser beam in the form of a rectangle located vertically in the field of scanning. When necessary and depending on the distance to the observed object, the power of the illumination field of exploration can be changed to obtain the best image contrast. The focus of sharpness is done by adjusting the lens of the video camera. The management modes of the device is carried out by means of two buttons, and the control of the laser to change the power of the laser radiation. The viewing of the observed object is done through pseudo-binoculars built-in.
