Important Considerations for Returns

To ensure a trouble-free return, we ask that you take into account the following considerations:

Product Preservation and Packaging

It is ESSENTIAL that you keep the original packaging and invoice of the product. The product must be in perfect condition. We will not accept returns of products with signs of use, incomplete or manipulated products.

 

Return Shipping Cost

Packages sent to our warehouse carriage forward will not be accepted. We recommend sending the package by registered letter and insuring the goods to avoid loss or damage.

Right of withdrawal

ESPIAMOS fully respects and abides by the rights of consumers and users in accordance with RDL 1/2007, of 27 March, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

 

 

Withdrawal Conditions

The right of withdrawal will only be granted if the buyer is a consumer, provided that the nature of the purchased good allows it. Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase.

 

 

 

Withdrawal Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must communicate his intention to withdraw from the contract within the deadline. In the event that the consumer exercises this right, ESPIAMOS will reimburse the amount of the purchase in the same way in which it was paid and within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.

 

 

Return Costs and Risks

The costs and risks associated with the return of products shall be borne by the user/consumer.

 

 

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

There are certain cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, such as in the case of custom-made or clearly personalised products, products that may deteriorate or expire quickly, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery, or the supply of digital content which is not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and with the consumer's knowledge that he consequently loses the right of withdrawal.
