I. - General Aspects.

III.- Order.

Orders are made exclusively on the Internet in Spanish (castellano) through the web page www.espiamos.com.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 h to 16: 00h. Orders placed on Friday after 14:00 h shall be processed on the following Monday.

For the purchase of any products and/or services offered, the user will be able to buy directly by “clicking” on the icon of the products that will be of interest to you. Once included in the basket, you can continue shopping by doing the same process.

IV.- Prices and Forms of Payment.

All payments shall be made in euros by any of the following forms of payment.

V. - Costs and Service Delivery.

The package will be delivered to the address designated at the time of the order or in your case in the franchise of ASM or at the post office nearest to the residence, depending on the company in charge of the delivery, if they have been requested by the user.

The shipping costs shall be borne by the user in accordance with the rates indicated below. However, depending on the contracted service will be able to receive the package the next day before 14:00 h (for orders placed before 16:00h) or up to 72 hours if it has contracted the service more economical.

Products in stock will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours from the time of receipt of payment.

All shipments made through ASM are insured with a coverage extra, that is to say, in the event that the user receives a product damaged during transport and notify us within 24 hours from the delivery of the product, you will be sent a new one without charge upon pickup of the damaged product.

  •  Express service 13:30 hours: 9,99€ VAT included. You will receive your order the next day before 13:30 if and when they perform before 16:00 h. Otherwise it would receive the Friday before 13:00 h.

 

Shipments with destination to the Balearic Islands

  • Urgent service for ASM:13,50€ VAT included. You will receive your order within 24-72 hours.

Shipments with destination Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

  • Urgent service for ASM:39,99€ VAT included. You will receive your order in a within 48-72 hours. Includes DUA
  • Economic service:€ 17.5 per Kg. You will receive your order in 7 díashábiles. Will be through e-Mails (including DUA, and submission certificate). Each additional kg will cost 9,5€ (VAT Included).

Cash on delivery: shipping cash on delivery you will pay your order at the time of delivery. This form of payment has an additional cost of 4% commission (maximum 50€) that is charged by the transport company by the management. This form of payment is only available for Spain and Portugal. You are required to provide a contact phone number. If you choose this method, you is obliged to the acceptance and payment of the same. This service is not available for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, nor for the Urgent service in the Peninsula.

 

International Shipments

All shipments will be made, of urgency, by transport companiesDHL, ASM, MRW, FEDEX, or UPS.The shipping price is calculated based on the weight of the package and the area.

VI.- Returns and Warranty policy.

HISPA IMPORTS DELUXE informs that in order to proceed to the return of products acquired through the web page www.espiamos.com it is important to address the following considerations:

1.- It is IMPERATIVE that the user retain the original packaging, the invoice of the product and that the product is in perfect state of conservation.

2nd.-We will not accept changes in the products or refund the amount with signs of use, incomplete or manipulated. The use that is permitted for the acceptance of a return is the mere checking of the state of the device and the operation of the same.

3º.-In no case will accept a package sent to our warehouse freight prepaid. It is advised to conduct the delivery by registered letter and ensuring the goods to prevent damage and loss.

  • Instructions for the repair products under warranty:

Repairs and replacements will be free of charge to the consumer or user if the product is in warranty and it is shown that the problem is due to a bug in the original manufacture. This gratuity shall include the necessary costs incurred to remedy the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, such as shipping costs, costs related to labor and materials only when the customer is a final consumer.

HISPA IMPORTS DELUXE informed that when the purchase is made for businesses and/or professionals for the development of their activity, the guarantee of the products sold on the web page www.espiamos.com shall be subject to the maximum period of 6 months from the delivery of the product without prejudice to the provisions applicable by the Code of Commerce and Code Civil.

Only in the event that the user holds the status of consumer HISPA IMPORTS DELUXE be liable for any lack of conformity of the products marketed through www.espiamos.com during the period of 2 years from the delivery of the product in the terms established in the Royal Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. In the event that the product had as its cause the existence of any problem of operation covered by the warranty HISPA IMPORTS will proceed to the exchange of the same for another product of equal or more value. In the event that the product is found without stock would be offered a product of similar or superior characteristics, if so I would like the client to pay the difference in price relative to the highest value.

In the event that return of the product due to any other cause the amount of the refund will be deducted from all the expenses that have occurred when sending the product (courier service, cash on delivery) as well as a 5% corresponding to management expenses ( commission for the transfer or return by POS)

 

Withdrawal:

Without limiting the foregoing, HISPA IMPORTS DELUXE informs you that in any case an exemption is provided for the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal in the following cases:

- Contracts for the supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

- Contract for supply of goods sealed, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery.

- Contracts for the supply of sound recordings or video recordings, discs and software which were unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery, as well as computer files, provided electronically, which may be downloaded or reproduced immediately for their permanent use.

- The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part of which it loses in consequence of the right of withdrawal

- Any type of software.

- Products that have been manipulated or customized.

 

 

VII.- Applicable law.

Any dispute that may arise from the use of, or use of this website, the parties submit to the Jurisdiction and Competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante capital, waiving their own Jurisdiction with the exception of that resulting from application of Royal Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
